Nothing so far clarifies the time frame of the compromised data, but if you are an AT&T customer or have a source who is and used normal phone calls or texts to communicate that data is now in the wild. Not the content of the calls or texts, but the fact the communication happened and between which numbers.

Communications logs (your own, not a third parties) are a piece of the source protection puzzle that would allow you to retroactively confirm if you have risk because of this breach. I'm keeping an eye out for anyone building a search utility allowing you to look up your information and confirm if your number is included.
